Adapt Response to COVID-19

Adapt, provider of integrated addiction treatment, mental health care, and primary care services in Southern Oregon, remains open at all locations during the COVID-19 public health emergency, and has implemented additional screening measures and safeguards at all locations to ensure the safety of our patients, caregivers and communities.

“Safe and accessible services are our priority right now. We are committed to the safety of our patients, their families, and our employees. We launched our incident command structure early on to align our operations with public health and CDC guidance,” said Dr. Gregory Brigham, CEO.

All outpatient treatment services at Adapt (including Opioid Treatment Programs), Compass Behavioral Health, and SouthRiver Community Health Center are adequately staffed and continue to provide services.  Adapt’s residential substance use treatment programs have taken several steps to protect patient health and safety and will continue to serve patients and the community.

“To better accommodate our patients’ needs, we have expanded telephone and telehealth services for new and existing patients of Adapt Substance Use Treatment, Compass Behavioral Health, and SouthRiver Community Health Center,” said Brigham.

Adapt has implemented a new screening policy across all locations to protect our patients while meeting the needs of our communities. Patients and visitors will be asked appropriate screening questions and have their temperature taken. Patients feeling sick are asked to call before coming in.
