Dillon Jackson, in the brief time he’s been with Adapt, has already made a lasting impact with his positivity, dedication, and genuine care for others. Whether supporting patients or assisting team members, he approaches each day with enthusiasm and a willingness to help. “Helping the community and learning from my team members is what I enjoy most,” Dillon shares.
Dillon’s compassion and persistence shine through in his patient interactions. One of his proudest moments was working with a patient for two months, providing support until they finally entered rehab. “Never giving up on them made all the difference,” he says, demonstrating his commitment to being a steady and encouraging presence for those navigating recovery.
Colleagues describe Dillon as a source of energy and encouragement in the clinic. “He always manages a smile and is happy to see and help team members and patients with equal enthusiasm,” says Michael Gregg, LPN. His genuine warmth and dedication to teamwork help foster a welcoming and uplifting environment.
For Dillon, his strength comes from the support system around him. “So much love surrounds me. I will not fall,” he says, emphasizing his resilience and belief in uplifting others. His approach to work is simple yet powerful: “Listen and learn.”
