Adapt is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality and affordable care to all. We are a preferred provider for most major insurance plans.
We work directly with Coordinated Care Organizations to provide quality care for Oregon Health Plan and Medicare members: Umpqua Health Alliance, Advanced Health, and Allcare Health.
We offer a sliding fee discount based on family/household size and applicable income following Federal Poverty Guidelines. No one is turned away due to inability to pay. Our experienced staff will work with you to make sure you get the care you need.
