Child Sexual Abuse Prevention

We all have a role to play in preventing child sexual abuse and ensuring that our children have the foundation to become healthy adults. Our Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children® initiative is part of The Ford Family Foundation’s statewide Protect Our Children project that is dedicated to preventing child sexual abuse.

Get Trained

Whether you work with youth, are a parent, or a member of a community, our Darkness to Light trainings can prepare you to help recognize and prevent child sexual abuse.  Visit our trainings page on Eventbrite to sign up for an upcoming training for Douglas County residents. All trainings are currently provided online via Zoom, and all are free.

If you need assistance with your registration, contact us at protectourchildren@adaptoregon.org.
