Dawn manages a substantial caseload, teaches three groups weekly, conducts new client assessments, and mentors two interns. She is also an essential resource for her colleagues, offering expert guidance on using Epic and understanding company policies. Her roles extend beyond daily operations as she represents Adapt on the Douglas County Perinatal task force and participates in our Ohana Leadership Cohort.
Dawn’s multifaceted role highlights her versatility and profound impact on both clients and colleagues. Her leadership in troubleshooting and policy clarification has made her a cornerstone of the AOP team. Her engagement in research projects on Suboxone and smoking cessation, as well as community outreach through the Perinatal task force, underscore her commitment to broadening Adapt’s influence.
