Adapt Integrated Health Care is a Patient-Centered Primary Care Home that is recognized for its commitment to clinical excellence and comprehensive services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Adapt serves the medical and behavioral health care needs of people living in Roseburg, Winston and surrounding rural communities.

No one is turned away due to inability to pay. Our experienced staff will work with you to determine what your insurance will cover to make sure you get the care you need.

We operate two fully-integrated primary care and behavioral health clinics in Winston and Roseburg, Oregon. We serve over 5,000 patients annually, with the goal of providing access to the highest quality care to our community.

Adapt Integrated Health Care is a FTCA Deemed Facility

The Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act of 1992 and 1995 granted medical malpractice liability protection through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) to HRSA-supported health centers.  Under the Act, health centers are considered Federal employees and are immune from lawsuits, with the Federal government acting as their primary insurer.
