Adapt manages and operates the clinic to ensure continuous, high-quality service delivery. Our goal is simple: to bring healthcare where it’s needed most, providing essential services that can be life-changing to those in need!

What Is It?

Our Mobile Medical Clinic (MMC) provides essential health services directly to communities with limited access to care. Designed to bridge gaps in rural healthcare, the MMC offers same-day and urgent services, chronic condition management, preventive care, and select medical procedures – all delivered by a dedicated medical team.

Services

Our Mobile Medical Clinic functions as a fully equipped healthcare facility on wheels, offering:

• Same-Day and Urgent Care Services
  • Treatment for acute conditions (e.g., minor infections, injuries, respiratory illnesses)
  • Point-of-care testing for urinary infections, strep throat, flu, and COVID-19
  • Basic wound care, including debridement and incision and drainage procedures
• Chronic Condition Management
  • Support for diabetes, high blood pressure, and other long-term health concerns
  • Medication management and lab test orders 
• Preventive and Specialty Care
  • Pelvic exams, Pap smears, and skin biopsies
  • Toenail procedures and cerumen (earwax) removal

Our Schedule
