Introducing Lisa Hubbard, the Director of Training and Staff Development at Adapt Integrated Health Care. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and extensive experience in diverse settings, Lisa is a pivotal figure in advancing our staff’s professional development and expertise.
Since joining Adapt in 2014, Lisa has utilized her background in community mental health, schools, and private practice to enhance our training programs. Her experience has been instrumental in developing and coordinating educational initiatives that meet the highest standards of care and compliance.
Lisa earned her Masters in Social Work in 1995 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her professional journey has equipped her with in-depth knowledge and skills in clinical supervision, educational program development, and the integration of trauma-informed care principles into healthcare practices.
Lisa’s commitment to Adapt stems from her passion for fostering a supportive and knowledgeable healthcare community. She values the organization’s dedication to client care, creativity, and flexibility, which align with her professional goals and personal values.
As Director of Training and Staff Development, Lisa oversees the coordination and delivery of training sessions that provide continuing education units in collaboration with accrediting bodies such as NAADAC and NBCC/ACEP. She leads the Trauma-Informed Care and CLAS committees and coordinates the clinical supervision of mental health interns, making her a central figure in staff development and clinical training.
Lisa is dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of Adapt’s workforce through comprehensive, innovative training programs. Her vision includes expanding professional development opportunities that align with the latest healthcare trends and best practices, thereby ensuring that staff are well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
