Meet Michelle Watson, the dedicated Chief Operations Officer for Primary Care programs and services at Adapt Integrated Health Care. Born and raised in Glide, Oregon, Michelle has been a vital part of Adapt’s growth and evolution since 1996.
Michelle began her career at Adapt as an Intake Coordinator, a role that gave her profound insights into addiction treatment and recovery. Over the years, she has ascended through various leadership positions, contributing significantly to the expansion and enhancement of Adapt’s services. Her leadership was instrumental in the development of new treatment centers and the introduction of evidence-based protocols.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership from Northwest Christian College. Her extensive experience in operational management and development within the healthcare sector underscores her qualifications as a COO.
Michelle’s dedication to Adapt is driven by her commitment to improving community health and providing accessible care. Her journey from an Intake Coordinator to COO reflects her deep-seated passion for and commitment to Adapt’s mission.
As COO, Michelle oversees all clinical operations for Adapt’s primary care and behavioral health programs. Her responsibilities include managing three primary care clinics, and she is also leading the launch of a new mobile medical clinic scheduled for 2023.
Michelle is focused on expanding accessible, high-quality healthcare services. She envisions further integration of primary care and behavioral health services to enhance patient outcomes and ensure that healthcare is within reach for all community members.
