Bethany Galli, Administrative Assistant – Grants Pass
This month’s Adapt Achiever is Bethany Galli, recognized for her kindness, teamwork, and positive attitude. Bethany brings warmth and energy to every task she takes on. She truly lives Adapt’s mission of helping people heal, grow, and find hope.
Bethany has been part of the Grants Pass team for nine years. She started with Adapt in 2017 as an Intake Coordinator and now serves as an Administrative Assistant. Every day, she helps staff, patients, and visitors feel supported and welcome. She is also a member of the Positivity Committee, where she helps plan fun events that build connection and boost morale across Adapt.
“I am passionate about helping people – whether it’s staff, patients, or family and friends outside of the office,” Bethany shares. “I enjoy being there in times of need.” Her care for others shows in everything she does. Over time, she has watched many lives change through Adapt’s services. She also credits Adapt for helping her grow as a person, wife, and mother.
Bethany’s nominator shared that she “brings genuine passion, joy, and heart into everything she does.” They added that her positivity “isn’t just a mood – it’s a force that brings people together and makes Adapt a better place to work and receive care.”
Because of her steady spirit and compassion, Bethany continues to inspire everyone around her.
