Her experience dealing with diverse and dynamic community needs in education has prepared her to handle the challenges facing healthcare services today.
With a strong belief in Adapt’s mission and a deep commitment to community service, Susan envisions the organization continuing to expand its reach and effectively meet the healthcare needs of a growing and diverse population. Her background in managing substantial educational budgets and overseeing large teams provides her with the insight necessary to help guide Adapt in strategic growth and resource allocation.

Her varied experiences, from working with economically challenged communities in Fresno, California, to running several businesses, including a durable medical equipment company, enable her to bring a broad perspective on operational and strategic challenges.
