Meet Stephanie Green, the Chief Human Resources Officer at Adapt Integrated Health Care. With a commitment to fostering a positive and high-performing workplace, Stephanie provides strategic leadership in human resources, policy development, compliance, and workforce planning. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Adapt remains a top employer by enhancing employee engagement, streamlining HR operations, and supporting the organization’s mission-driven work in primary care, addictions recovery, and community mental health.

Stephanie has over two decades of HR experience, previously serving at Mississippi State University, where she provided comprehensive HR support across various departments. Since joining Adapt in 2022, she has been instrumental in modernizing HR processes, overseeing compensation strategy, and strengthening organizational policies to support business needs and regulatory compliance. She has also led efforts to improve recruitment and retention, particularly for licensed professionals, addressing workforce shortages and ensuring Adapt attracts top talent in a competitive market.

Stephanie played a key role in Adapt obtaining and maintaining its Great Places to Work certification, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to employee satisfaction, engagement, and a strong workplace culture. Her efforts have helped cultivate an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Extension Education, both from Mississippi State University. She is also a Certified Title IX Administrator and has held certification as a Title IX Investigator. Her expertise spans policy development, employee relations, credentialing and privileging, workplace conflict resolution, and operational strategy.

As CHRO, Stephanie oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation strategy, employee services, credentialing and privileging, employment-related training and development, policy formulation, and compliance. She works closely with Adapt’s leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that employees have the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive. Stephanie is a part of Adapt’s executive leadership team, contributing to the organization’s strategic direction and long-term success.
