Cynthia’s has pursued her passion at both Palo Verde Valley College and College of the Desert. Her dedication to excellence was further recognized when she was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. These academic honors not only attest to her commitment to learning but also highlight her drive to continually bring emerging best practices into her professional work.
With hands-on experience under her belt, Cynthia has served as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor at Phoenix House of California Corrections and as an Outpatient Counselor at Adapt. In these roles, she has collaborated with diverse teams and has been directly involved in implementing strategies that empower individuals to overcome challenges and embrace healthier life choices. Her deep expertise makes her a trusted resource for those in need of support during critical times.
