Rapid Access

Increasing access to care is one of our highest priorities at Adapt. Rapid Access is often the first point of contact for people who need assistance in navigating their path to health and recovery.

Our experienced Rapid Access team works with our clients and prospective clients, medical providers, and social service agencies to identify treatment needs, explore treatment options and assist with referrals and authorizations to help people get the care they need when they need it.

• Referrals and authorizations for substance use treatment for Advanced Health plan members
• Information and guidance in accessing treatment and services to meet individual and family needs
