Introducing Grayson Bly, the Chief Financial Officer at Adapt Integrated Health Care. A Certified Public Accountant, Grayson brings over seven years of expertise in the healthcare sector, underpinning our financial strategies with extensive knowledge and dedication.
Grayson Bly began his accounting career specializing in taxation at Wicks Emmett LLP before joining Adapt in 2016 as an Accounting Specialist. His profound understanding and exceptional performance led him to the role of Controller in 2019, and he transitioned to CFO in January 2021, succeeding a long-serving predecessor.
Grayson graduated from Southern Oregon University with a B.S. in Accounting and passed the CPA Exam in June 2014. His qualifications include extensive experience in auditing, tax preparation, and financial analysis, making him a pivotal asset to our leadership team.
Motivated by a profound desire to serve the community he grew up in, Grayson joined Adapt, seeing it as a platform to impact community health positively while leveraging his financial expertise.
As CFO, Grayson oversees all financial operations at Adapt, ensuring fiscal health and sustainability. His responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, and aligning financial strategies with Adapt’s overall goals. Grayson is committed to enhancing financial transparency and efficiency to support Adapt’s mission of integrated health care.
