Chief of Regional Business Operations
Introducing Jerry O’Sullivan, the Chief of Regional Business Operations for Adapt Integrated Health Care. Jerry, a Certified Preventionist with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, has significantly expanded and enriched Adapt’s services since joining in 2009.
Jerry began his journey at Adapt overseeing substance use, gambling, and suicide prevention programs in schools. His dedication and innovative approach led him to broader roles within the organization, including the Director of Prevention and Senior Director of Operations before ascending to his current position in 2021.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwest Christian University. His extensive experience in prevention and community services is complemented by adept skills in grant writing and project management.
Motivated by a commitment to community service, Jerry chose the nonprofit sector to make a meaningful impact. His work at Adapt allows him to fulfill this passion by developing programs that support the community and enhance public health.
As the Chief of Regional Business Operations, Jerry oversees operations across Coos, Curry, and Josephine Counties. He manages the Project Team and is responsible for prevention, housing/outreach, and facilities, ensuring that Adapt’s resources are effectively utilized to expand services and impact.
Jerry is committed to expanding Adapt’s reach through strategic development and innovative service offerings. His vision includes continuing to enhance the organization’s infrastructure and capabilities to better serve the community and address regional health challenges.
