She is a trained EMDR therapist and has completed specialized training through the IAEDP Foundation in the treatment of disordered eating. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of mental health concerns, including grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder.

She integrates evidenced-based practices with a trauma informed lens, including EMDR, to help children and adolescents process difficult experiences and build emotional resilience. She collaborates closely with families and caregivers, recognizing their essential role in a child’s wellness and growth. Prevention and early intervention are at the core of her work, aiming to strengthen coping skills, foster secure attachments and support healthy development.

We don’t have to do it all alone, we were never meant to.
