Tiffani Parker, Board Secretary of Adapt Integrated Health Care, combines deep-rooted healthcare expertise with robust entrepreneurial acumen. As a former member of Adapt’s Primary Care team, Tiffani’s six-year tenure saw her evolve from roles in the billing department to Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance (QI/QA) Coordinator. Her work in developing policies and preparing for Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) site visits exemplifies her commitment to enhancing the quality of care.
Tiffani’s dedication to Adapt’s mission is personal and professional. Growing up in Roseburg, she witnessed the devastating effects of substance abuse on her community. The loss of a close friend to a drug overdose cemented her resolve to fight addiction and bolster public health education. Her extensive involvement with Adapt, from billing to QI/QA, has given her a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s operations and impact, motivating her to continue her service as a board member.
With her entrepreneurial spirit, fueled by an MBA from Willamette University and a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship from Oregon State University, Tiffani is uniquely positioned to guide Adapt’s strategic direction. Her vision for Adapt includes expanding its services and enhancing its operational efficiency, ensuring that the organization continues to serve as a pivotal resource for integrated health services in the community.
Tiffani leverages her background in healthcare administration and her business expertise to contribute to Adapt’s ongoing growth and success. Her experience in grant writing and policy formulation, combined with her leadership in expanding her dance studio business, Halau Hula Aulani, enables her to offer valuable insights into both organizational management and community engagement. Her holistic approach to board service ensures that Adapt remains at the forefront of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
