From emergency repairs to large-scale facility updates, Gary Hull plays a critical role in keeping Adapt’s spaces safe and operational. As Maintenance Manager, he takes on the challenges of plumbing, electrical, and structural needs, ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites. “Every day brings new challenges,” Gary shares. “Helping to keep the company running as smoothly as possible is what motivates me.”
Gary’s leadership is hands-on and team-oriented, fostering a workplace where skills grow and morale stays high. “He doesn’t put himself above a task – he provides whatever support is needed for the team to succeed,” says Case Bowman, Director of Facilities Management. A standout achievement includes installing large pumps at Winston Behavioral Medicine – work that would typically be contracted out. His expertise has been instrumental in renovation projects at Jackson Street Basement, Progress Pointe, 511 Stephens, and Winston Primary Care, keeping Adapt’s facilities running efficiently without unnecessary outsourcing.
