Christina Brakebill, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Christina Brakebill is a nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience providing primary care to adult patients with substance use disorders.

Christina earned an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Integrative Physiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2013. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2015 she completed the Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center’s year-long HIV Clinician Scholars Program. From 2017 to 2019 she participated in a University of California at San Francisco medical fellow ship in global health, called the Heal Initiative.

Christina’s career has been guided by the belief that access to health care is a human right.
