Shawna Valadez is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (CADC-I) and Qualified Mental Health Associate – Registered (QMHA-R) with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Human Services from Rogue Community College.

Shawna is a certified facilitator in SMART Recovery (Self-Management and Recovery Training), Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Use Adult (CBI-SUA), and Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT). Her diverse training equips her to provide compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each client’s unique needs.

As a drug and alcohol counselor, Shawna’s approach to patient care emphasizes empathy, vulnerability, and genuine connection. She believes in meeting clients where they are, honoring their experiences, and recognizing them as the true experts in their own lives.
