Adapt Covid-19 Response Update

Due to the significant increase in COVID-19 cases in our community, including the circulation of highly contagious variants, Adapt Integrated Health Care has reinstituted high level safety precautions to reduce the spread of infection and to stay ahead of the increased risk to our  clients, employees and community.

“This means that we are shifting back to primarily telehealth services, reducing staffing within our facilities as many employees will return to remote work, and maintaining strict adherence to screening, masking and distancing protocols for all staff, patients, clients and visitors,” said Dr. Gregory Brigham, Adapt CEO.  “Safe and accessible services is our priority right now.”

Effective today, all Adapt offices in all locations—Roseburg, North Bend and Grants Pass—will return to a higher level of safety precautions to reduce the potential for exposure and infection.

  • Adapt will continue to provide telehealth services for new and existing patients for all outpatient Primary Care, Mental Health and Adapt Substance Use Treatment services (including Opioid Treatment). In-person visits will be available on a limited and case-by-case basis for those who cannot access telehealth.
  • Adapt’s residential substance use treatment programs for youth and adults will continue to implement robust safety protocols to protect the health and safety of residential patients.
  • Adapt will maintain strict adherence to masking and social distancing for all staff, visitors, patients and clients in all facilities. Patients and visitors may provide their own facial coverings or screeners will provide them at point of entry.
  • Screening and temperature checks will be conducted at all entry points. Patients feeling sick are asked to call before coming to the office or clinic.
