Adapt Covid-19 Response Update

Adapt Integrated Health Care, an essential provider of integrated addiction treatment, mental health care, and primary care in Southern Oregon, remains open at all locations with all services available during the COVID‑19 public health emergency.

Following CDC guidelines and to offer the greatest protection to patients and staff, Adapt continues to require facial coverings, social distancing, and screening at entry for all staff, patients, and visitors at all clinic locations

Patients and visitors may provide their own facial coverings or screeners will provide them at the point of entry. Screeners will take temperatures and ask a short list of questions to understand each person’s risks. If a client or patient is feeling sick, they ask that the client or patient call to let staff know before coming into the clinic.

Adapt offers all services in-person and via telehealth, including primary care, mental health care, and addiction treatment. “Guidance from federal and state agencies will continue to evolve as vaccination rates increase and infection rates fluctuate,” said Jerry O’Sullivan, Senior Director of Operations. “We will examine future changes and update the community as we adjust policies accordingly.”
