Beginning Monday, December 23, 2019, Adapt’s Josephine County addiction treatment and recovery services will be provided from its new location at 356 NE Beacon Drive in Grants Pass.
The Adapt office on NE 6th Street in Grants Pass will close for the move on Thursday, December 19, and open again on Monday, December 23, at the new Beacon Drive location.
The Adapt Josephine County phone numbers and website will remain the same: 541-474-1033 or www.adaptoregon.org.
“We are moving our substance use treatment and recovery services to the new location to better serve our clients and the community,” said Diane Dubow, Program Director. “The new Adapt location is conveniently located near the Grants Pass Goodwill Store.” Adapt is taking several steps to ensure a seamless transition for the individuals and families served, including direct notice to clients and local providers.
