Insurance

  • Adapt pays 100% medical plan premiums for employees and dependents.
When it comes to your health, we have you covered. Adapt employees may choose from two generous Providence Health Plan options. One plan has co-pays for services, such as routine and specialist office visits, chiropractic and acupuncture care, urgent care visits and mental health outpatient care. The other option is a high deductible plan, which comes with the maximum employer contribution allowed by the IRS to help cover out of pocket costs. Providence Health Plan is part of the Signature network, which means that over a million providers are available nationwide. In addition, our employees may take advantage of the Providence express care virtual visits, allowing provider access in minutes from your smartphone or computer, no appointment necessary and extended hours are available.
  • Waiver dollar options for employees that are on a qualified health plan.
We offer the insurance flexibility you need. Adapt employees who are already enrolled in an eligible, qualified group insurance plan—such as Medicare, Veteran or Military plan, or a spouse’s employer group plan—may opt out of Adapt’s group medical plan and receive waiver dollars in lieu of insurance. Employees may also waive dependents and receive a predetermined, bi-weekly amount of waiver dollars for those family members.
  • Health Savings Accounts are 100% funded by Adapt.
For employees who select the Health Savings Account (HSA) medical plan option, Adapt contributes additional funds to your HSA on a bi-weekly basis. Adapt contributes the maximum allowed by the IRS. In 2022, the maximum contribution is $7,300 for a family and $3,650 for an individual. Contributions are spread over 26 pay periods. Because the “use it or lose it” rule does not apply to these plans, you will keep your HSA forever, rolling it over each year to build a healthcare emergency safety net.
  • Full Range of Insurance Benefits.
Not only are medical options available, but employees may elect to participate in Dental, Vision, Flexible Savings Account-Medical, Flexible Savings Account-Childcare, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness, and Short-Term Disability insurance options.
  • Robust Employee Assistance Program provided by Canopy.
Employee wellness is one of our highest priorities. Adapt’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential benefit for our employees and eligible family members. Personal consultation with an EAP Professional includes six (6) face-to-face, phone or online counseling sessions. Our expanded EAP services include legal consultations, financial coaching, identity theft assistance, home ownership programs, life-coaching, pet parent resources, well-being tools and much more.

Retirement

  • Adapt Offers a 5% Annual 401k Employer Contribution.
Full-Time and Part-Time employees who have met the eligibility requirements, may contribute to a 401k savings account. Employees are eligible to contribute to a 401k plan after about 3 months of employment. After 6 months of employment, employees are eligible to receive a 5% employer contribution.

Work-Life Balance

  • Flexible Holidays.
Adapt offers two flexible holidays to use anytime throughout the year, as well as 7 designated holidays. The best part is that there is no wait period for new employees to use their allotted flexible holidays.
  • Blue Zone Certified.
Adapt is an approved Blue Zones Project Worksite. The Blue Zones Project encourages positive change to promote healthy people and communities. This is an employee-led initiative that is building a culture of health among Adapt employees. Whether you want to move more, eat better or live longer, Adapt’s Blue Zones initiative is helping to create a healthier work environment for employees.
  • Participation in student loan reimbursement programs.
Adapt provides many opportunities for employees to advance their careers and support professional growth. Programs such as the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Plan, The National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program offer our employees the opportunity to pay down educational debt while working for a qualified employer.
