Neal Brown brings over four decades of retail and small business banking management to the table. Graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration, Neal has spent the last 28 years with Umpqua Bank, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Market Region Manager. His leadership extends across 50 retail store locations in Greater Oregon, demonstrating profound expertise in financial management and customer relations.

Neal’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of the Roseburg community, where he resides with his family, drives his involvement with Adapt. His deep roots in the area and extensive professional experience in finance make him particularly attuned to the healthcare needs of the community. Neal’s interest in ensuring that essential healthcare services are accessible and effective has led him to serve diligently on Adapt’s board.

With a strong belief in the critical role of healthcare organizations in sustaining community health, Neal envisions Adapt as a pivotal entity in providing comprehensive healthcare services. His expertise in finance and budgeting is integral to his vision of ensuring Adapt’s financial stability and growth, enabling the organization to expand its reach and enhance its services to meet the community’s needs more effectively.

Neal’s extensive background in banking and finance, combined with his significant community involvement, positions him as a key asset in financial oversight and strategic planning for Adapt. His roles on various community boards, including the Mercy Hospital Board and the Community Cancer Center, complement his work at Adapt, bringing valuable insights into community health initiatives and fiscal governance.
