Meet Stephanie Green, the Chief Human Resources Officer at Adapt Integrated Health Care. With a deep-rooted passion for fostering inclusive and equitable workplaces, Stephanie brings her extensive expertise to drive our human resources initiatives.
Stephanie has dedicated over two decades to human resources, primarily serving at Mississippi State University where she provided HR support to a diverse staff of over 2,500 individuals. Since joining Adapt in 2022, she has been instrumental in shaping policies and practices that enhance our organizational culture and compliance.
Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Extension Education, both from Mississippi State University. She is also a Certified Title IX Administrator and has held certification as a Title IX Investigator. Her skills span project management, policy writing, employee relations, diversity, equity, inclusion, and more.
Driven by a commitment to improve workplace environments, Stephanie chose Adapt to apply her HR expertise in a setting that values transparency, diversity, and inclusiveness, ensuring that all employees can achieve their professional and personal goals.
As CHRO, Stephanie oversees all human resources functions at Adapt, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and policy formulation. Her work ensures Adapt remains a top workplace that meets the highest standards of employee satisfaction and legal compliance.
